AMAZING SPIDER MAN 2 Trailer Is All Action-Filled and Stuff

A lot of people seemed to be lukewarm on the new SPIDER-MAN reboot, but I didn't mind it too much. I'm actually very interested in seeing how they continue the story in this universe, especially since the first movie allegedly dropped a whole different story line involving Peter Parker's dad and his relationship to Oscorp. This last trailer is really focused on sweet, CGI-filled action scenes with a special focus on the Rhino and Green Goblin.

Check out the trailer which comes via i09 below.

Sportsball Trailer Watch: THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN 2

This spot is short and sweet. The first (of the rebooted) Spiderman film suffered from a bad script but saved itself because of Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. Thankfully the duo is back again, and here's to hoping the writers learned a thing or two from the problems of the first film.

Here's the synopsis:
We’ve always known that Spider-Man’s most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead. It’s great to be Spider-Man. For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen. But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro, Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn, returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN 2 Trailer Drops!

When the reboot of Spider-Man came out just last year, it was met with mixed reviews. The script lacked cohesiveness and focus, which was a shame because Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield were fantastic in their respective roles. Before the first film was even finished, the studio had already green lighted this sequel, so here's to hoping to a more solid script and better film.

Here's the synopsis:

Extended 4 minute THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Clip

Will THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN make a billion dollars this summer like THE AVENGERS has? Probably not. However, with the success from THE AVENGERS, SPIDER-MAN might get some residuals of people who still need their superhero fix in a couple months in the dead heat of summer.

Yesterday during the premiere of 'America's Got Talent', a new four minute extended preview was shown. A bulk of the preview is scenes we have already seen from the trailer. But the first part is an extended portion shows a pretty awesome dangling sequence.

I'm not sure what more they can do to promote this film. There's so much hesitation because it's being "re-made" so soon. So, are you excited yet...because I actually am. See you there at midnight.

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN will be released July 3, 2012 starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, and Denis Leary.

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Trailer...Now with More Sarcastic Andrew Garfield

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN had a lot going against it. Many were (and still are) wondering why in the world we need another Spider-man movie when it hasn't even been ten years since the last series. Who knows. But it's happening this summer. I admit...I was one of those people, but after seeing the first trailer, my mind was changed. Sure, it's probably a little bit excessive to have another one so quickly, but I already enjoy the different and what seems to be more darker take on the story.

Now, the second trailer has just dropped with more Lizard and many more shots that I suspect will look really cool in IMAX 3D (which I'm guessing many midnighters for THE AVENGERS will experience tonight),

Check the trailer after the jump.

Trailer Breakdown: THE AMAZING SPIDER MAN Trailer! Now With 100% More Emma Stone!

Javi here. I have to admit, I sort of forgot that THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN was coming out. There's been very little hype for it. Someone in the marketing department must be taking a vacation because the only thing that people seem to talk about comic book movie-wise is some dudes avenging and some guy rising. Thanks to the official site, which released this at midnight today, we have our first look at the movie. Overall, I'm hyped for this movie a whole lot more now, even though they basically spoil the movie in the trailer, you can see that director Marc Webb tried to do something different here. Count me in on this. Check the trailer after the break and my Trailer Breakdown, where I'll have awesome commentary on the trailer

Random Trailer Day: SPIDER-MAN and PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 3

So many speculations surround the new Spider-man movie.  Will it be good?  The original series was pretty great, give or take Spider-man 3, so why reboot the series?  Well, hopefully those questions will be answered once THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN is released.  Or we will all still wonder why they rebooted the series.  In any event, here's the official trailer for the new movie, and I have to say, the last half is pretty fantastic:

THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN will be released July 3, 2012 starring Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Sally Field, Dennis Leary, and Irrfan Khan.

Also, today we got our first preview of the new PARANORMAL ACTIVITY movie.  Now, I really enjoyed 1 and 2 of this series.  After seeing 2, I was thoroughly impressed with how the filmmakers were able to build on the story arc of the 1 so naturally.  Yes, a lot of the scares were the same, but I completely dug it.  Now, we have a look at 3, which seems to delve more into the history of the spirit that has tormented the two sisters since childhood.  And I have totally done the sequence at the end of the trailer at sleepovers, but not with the same results...enjoy!

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 3 will be released October 21, 2011.
