Netflix Instant: Movie & TV Picks: @Noahphex Edition!

So I know this upstanding young chap named Noah. He's a cool dude with some of the most interesting taste and if he ever mentions a movie or a TV show, I end up loving it. He's a great person I consider a friend and thanks to him I've seen many great things, so I decided to share some of those with you guys. Check them out below!

This comedy about 4 archetypal high school characters hunting down the Book of Pure Evil as it makes its way through their school, granting the wishes of its students in the most perverse way. It's violent, crude and hilarious. Highly recommended.

I'll admit I haven't seen this one, but Noah rated it highly on Movielogr and it's directed by one of the writes of THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT. The plot revolves around "A group of Special Ops Reservists on a mission in the harsh and hostile terrain of Afghanistan find themselves lost in a Middle Eastern "Bermuda Triangle" of ancient evil."

You've all heard about it. The case of the lady that spilled coffee on herself and sued McDonalds. It's been a laughing stock ever since the case became widespread knowledge. This documentary not only takes a look at the various misconceptions about the case, but also about the "anti-frivolous lawsuit" movement that started right after. In an age where corporations are getting more and more powerful, this is a must see documentary in just how they use loopholes in the law in order to protect their interests. Scariest movie I've seen in a long time.

The FearNet comedy stars directors Adam Green (FROZEN, HATCHET Trilogy) and Joe Lynch (WRONG TURN 2, the good one) in a semi-autobiographical series of the pair as they try to etch out a living as horror directors. If you are a horror buff, I'm sure you've heard of this already but for those that don't, it's hilarious and it features Dee Snider and Gwar singer Oderus Urungus as Adam's imaginary friend. Hulu has the first season available now.

That's it for me this week, folks. Oh and make sure to follow Noah on Twitter here.
