Cats. Folk music. JT. Coen Bros. These are just a few of my small passions of mine which makes the new INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS trailer one of my favorite things out right now. Thanks to Badass Digest, you can check out the trailer and the synopsis below below:
INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS follows a week in the life of a young folk singer as he navigates the Greenwich Village folk scene of 1961. Guitar in tow, huddled against the unforgiving New York winter, he is struggling to make it as a musician against seemingly insurmountable obstacles—some of them of his own making.
Part of what makes me exctied for the movie between the fact that it's a Coen bros, but just like some of the best movie soundtracks in recent memory, it is procuded and partially written by T. Bone Burnett. Plus, Oscar Isaac needs some love as well. The guy has done some great side work in various movies and I'm glad that the Coen Bros. are giving him a chance to shine.
INSIDE LLEWYN DAVIS is directed by Ethan and Joel Coen, it stars Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, Justin Timberlake and John Goodman, it comes out in limited release on December 6th, 2013 and in wide release December 23rd, 2013.
